I read an article from a year ago that Biden delaying his dropping out of the race risked erasing his biggest accomplishment: stopping Trump. It was clear to me so long ago that Democrats needed the normal 18-month primaries to find the popular candidate, and even if it ended up being Kamala as the nominee, she would’ve had a year to get her name out there like Obama had before Nov. 2008. Democrats lost the election; it was theirs to lose, and Biden screwed us all with his prolonged ego fest.
